Seriously this kid had em like he was Michael Jackson up in the dance last night. Drizzy had women and men screaming, singing every word, and straight up and down fainting in the place. Lil bit more footage to come and I’m sure you will see tons more as every man, woman, and child had a camera phone.

DC TAP FESTIVAL (EVENT)

It’s a lot of good things going down in the DMV these days. If you don’t catch the Camp Lo show tonite then you can always make it out to the 1st Annual DC Tap Festival put on by two of my peoples, Chloe and Maud. Pleasedontstare loves the kids!!! Camp Lo Show at Liv Nightclub in D.C.

I meant to post this last week when I first got word of this event, but it slipped my mind since I unfortunately will to be able to make my presence. If you’re a 90’s Hip Hop fan such as myself, you will really enjoy this event.

Camp Lo will be peforming live at Liv Nighclub 2001 11th Street St., NW here in Washington D.C., tonight April 16. The doors open at 8:30 and the show will kick off with Dj Two Tone Jones and the Sounds of the City on the ones and twos following a performance from Camp Lo. Tix are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

2009 Rock the Bells Line-Up Announced!

It’s almost that time of the year again folks. Just announced was the line-up for the 2009 Rock The Bells tour with more performers to be announced later as well as official dates and locations. Not too sure if we will be hitting the stop in NY or here in DC, but best believe we will be there. If you missed it last year, you pretty much lost  so you do not want to lose again. This is probably THAT Hip Hop show that you have to attend yearly.

Well not cut by them personally because they would probably fuck up your cut even when not they’re not high. However, Method Man & Redman are both  holding an Easter celebration event  providing free haircuts for the kids under 12 years-old at the Shaolin’s Against Da’ Grain barbershop in Staten Island, NY  from 10am to 6pm  on Saturday, April 11. Clifford and Reggie not only will be hosting this event, but will be speaking to the kids as well *blank stare*  How to proberly roll a blunt maybe??  XXLMag.com reports:

“We have wonderfully loyal customers and felt this was just another way of rewarding them during these unusually hard economic times,” Tariq, a barber at the shop said in a statement.  “A single mother of three boys spends a weekly average of $33.00 on their hair cuts making it difficult to keep her kids hair freshly trimmed. With Easter Sunday the following day, we felt it was the perfect time to team up with our celebrity friends and create a unique solution based on old traditional values while helping our community.”
