Me personally has been posting a lot of their music lately. I fuck with these girls hard. Not alot of female groups out there that has the sound that they got. I am going to cop their album, How to Be a Lady: Volume 1 come May 26th.
B.X.C. is a duo straight from the Chi-Town that is signed to Luda’s D.T.P. label. They linked up with T-Pain for their next single that should do some pretty heavy rotation both in the clubs and radio.
I’m not sure exactly how old this is but obviously it is old. A rare interview of the late Eric Wright with Tarrie B., who is now an alternative singer, but back then was a rapper under Eazy’s Ruthless Records imprint.
Earlier I posted footage from the show that went down last night. Above as Drake was performing “Best I Ever Head”, a fight broke out which you can see at 2:55 into the footage. Thank God Lupe was holding him back because Drake might of hurt somebody *sarcastic*. According to the homie Andrew, Drake showed up to start the show at 3:30am LOL. He also mentioned the gun shots fired afterwards.
All them women in the club and dumb fucks wanna fight? Which is why I can’t stand the hood clubs or even 18 and up nights spots at that. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend tonight’s show at Love nightclub here in D.C., but the other half of this site, Benhameen is currently at Love right now spinning on the 1s and 2s getting things started early. Hopefully, he tweets the show live and you all can expect some footage from the show tomorrow. Whoever is going, enjoy the show and increase the peace.
“Blame it on Bush. Blame it Cheney. I’m not pointing blame, well okay maybe. Blame it on the e-e-e-e economy”
Spotted from Lowkey I was dying when I saw this. Who would ever think that the president and them would have their own video. Iman Crosson aka AlphaCat I hear is making madd dough impersonating our president with all these music parody videos. Another one is after the jump, but I have to say this one above is definitely the best one so far.
Thursday morning Mase Pastor Mason called up “Strawberry in the Morning” show and spoke on the air. Moments later just after being released from his 90 days in jail the day before, DMX called in. Earl said that Mason was one of the few people that helped him through his rough times. X is currently attending Mason Betha Ministries in Phoenix, Arizona. Let’s just hope X also stays off the crack pipe as well.
Lol. Joe Budden in the ass crack of Hip-Hop? Pause. I’d pay good money for a pay per view of these two box it out. My money is on Melle to knock Joe the fuck out though.
This is another NMC world premiere with tags. This is the Remix #2 for “Hottest in The Hood” that we all been waiting for. The tagless version will be on the Hottest in the Hood Vol. 1: Welcome to Bad Boy that drops at HottestInTheHood.com next Tuesday.
“No deal signed yet, I’m so patient/ Fuck what the blogs say but shout out to Nation”
My homie Nation of Nahright got a shout out huh? Them Canadians stick together I see. Well to get things ready for Drake’s show at Love Nightclub here in DC tonight, above is his “Say You Will” Freestyle that he did at last night’s show at the House of Blues in Chicago.
According to my homie FuriouStylez, they were buckin shots. Hopefully it wasn’t that serious and none of the young thundercats start cutting up tonight. It appears that Drake does a diffrent freestyle for this in each city he stops at, so I’m anxious to see what he will do for DC tonight. We’ll be in the building to catch the show with some footage and possibly an interview. Hope to see ya’ll there.
New or old, unreleased gems from Wasalu is always a good thing. Some rare Lupe dugged up by DJ Drama & DJ MoonDawg for their The Stimulus Package mixtape.
Wouldn’t it be mad funny if Em came out and did this like he did in London? Eminem was on Live with Jimmy Kimmel last night. After the jump, he performs, “We Made You”. Props to Yardie.
